If your pet is feeling unwell or needs urgent care, don’t worry. We accept walk-ins for urgent cases, and you can call ahead to let us know you’re on your way. We’ll do everything we can to make sure your pet gets the care they need as quickly as possible.

Your Visit

To make your visit smoother, we recommend filling out our new client forms online ahead of time. Remember to bring along your pet’s vaccine history, any medications they’re taking (including dosages), and any supplements they may be on.

Once you arrive, we’ll check your pet’s weight, and a veterinary assistant will bring you to a private exam room promptly. While we aim to stay on schedule, emergencies can sometimes cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding, knowing that if your pet were ever in urgent need, they would receive the same attentive care.

During your visit, a vet assistant will review your pet’s medical history with you before the veterinarian comes in to perform a thorough examination. If any tests or treatments are recommended, most can be done in our state-of-the-art in-house lab. We’ll discuss any treatment plans with you right there, ensuring all your questions are answered. Depending on your pet’s needs, we may schedule a follow-up to ensure their health is on track.

Our reception team will take care of your invoice and help schedule any necessary follow-up visits. Payment is due at the time of your appointment, and we accept cash, credit cards, Care Credit, and personal checks.
