At our animal hospital we offer a myriad of dental services, including: oral and dental exams, cleaning, polishing, x-rays, and extractions. Feel free to call us at any time to set up an appointment.
Pet Surgery Services:
With our advanced anesthetic capabilities and surgical equipment, we can guarantee safety and comfort for your pet. We specialize in pet neutering and spaying, and closely monitor each animal to appropriately address pain management. Please contact us for a list of pet surgery procedures that we offer.
We are proud to now be one of the few hospitals in the Triad to offer laser therapy. This drug and surgery free, noninvasive treatment for your pet is used to reduce pain and inflammation while increasing the speed of healing. Our doctor uses a beam of light to deeply penetrate tissue without damaging it. Laser energy induces a biological response in the cells, which leads to reduced pain, reduced inflammation, and increased healing speed. Ask us if this new innovative treatment is right for your pet!
Ultrasounds scans, or sonograms, help doctors observe heart beats and blood flow, can aid in the examination of internal organs like the liver, kidneys, or stomach. Ultrasound is often used when a doctor suspects that an internal organ is diseased, or that a pet may have swollowed some foreign object. Although we can't always see the objects in the stomach or intestine, we often can determine whether or not there is a blockage.
Diagnostics, Lab Work and Radiographs:
We provide blood and lab services, and usually provide results within 24 hours.
We offer emergency services during normal business hours.
If your pet is in need of emergency care after hours, we recommend the following emergency hospitals:
Carolina Veterinary Specialist, Greensboro, NC - 336-632-0605
Triangle Veterinary Emergency Clinic, Durham, NC - 919-489-0615
While your pet is in our animal hospital, we provide daily meals, monitoring, and safety. Our trained staff will communicate directly with you about your pet's progress. We encourage you to come see your pet during our visiting hours.
